Sleeper (left side)

Explanation:

From a technical perspective, the initial stance of the following maneuver (1a) is a left, transitory neutral bow facing forward (toward front), but since both the stance and the upper body positioning is not fully definable, due to being in constant transition; this intermediate positioning was purposely not illustrated individually, nor described with any detail within this sequence (1a).

1a)

Right step-through reverse (toward rear), then once planted, immediately draw your left foot backward (toward rear) into a left, front, 45 degree cat stance facing forward (toward front), as you simultaneously execute a left downward parry (toward front) to lower hip height with a right inward parry (toward front) to face height.

Elaboration:

The timing of the previous sequence (1a) should be executed such that both upper body maneuvers are in-sync with each other and also in-sync with the drawing of the foot into the cat; with all three maneuvers finishing at the same time: concluding in-line with each other (hands [face to hip] to knee to foot)  on the height dimension (vertical - up/down), and oriented at the same depth (mid-range) and width (left outer rim) dimensions (horizontal - front/back + left/right) in relation to the body (a.k.a. framing).

1b)

Shift the majority of your weight forward (toward front) and downward (toward down) onto your left foot, into a left, modified inverted cat stance facing forward (toward front), as you execute a left, pressing, heel stomp (toward front), while simultaneously maintaining the same relative orientation and positioning of both your arms.

Elaboration:

The amount of weight transferred onto the front foot should be near 100 percent (1b), and executed in such a way as to use the previous maneuver's (1b) momentum to aid in the smooth transition into the following maneuver (2).

Clarification:

The cat stance of the previous maneuver (1b) is called modified because it varies from the standard basic positioning. The cat stance of the previous maneuver (1b) is call inverted because the majority of weight is placed on the front foot, rather than the rear foot.

2a)

Right step-through forward (toward front) into a right neutral bow facing forward (toward front) with the execution of a right, hammering, inward block (toward front) to face height, as you simultaneously allow your left hand to reorient to a hanging position at your left side, palm pointing inward (toward right-front-flank) and fingers pointing downward (toward down), in preparation for the next maneuver (2b).

Visualization:

At the end of this maneuver (2a), direct line of sight for the left hand's next target (2b) should not be lost.

2b)

Rotate (clockwise horizontally) into a right forward bow facing forward (toward front) with a left, thrusting, inward ridge-hand (toward front) to face height, palm pointing diagonally-downward (toward lower-right-flank) and fingers pointing forward (toward front) as you maintain the same relative position and orientation of your right arm.

Variation:

You may open your right hand, converting it into a positional cover at face height, and/or secondarily also allow your left arm to conclude its motion by making contact (at the inner forearm) with the palm of your right hand. Regardless of variation choice, the right arm should maintain its same relative positioning at the conclusion of the maneuver (2b).

3a)

Reorient and form your right hand into the shape of the crane, palm pointing forward (toward front) and fingers pointing forward (toward front) as you slide your right forearm along the top (toward up) of your left forearm (toward front) with a left step-through forward (toward front) into a left, transitory neutral bow facing forward (toward front).

Elaboration:

The left hand of the previous maneuver (3a) should maintain its same relative position in space throughout the entire maneuver, with the body closing the distance to it, rather than it being pulled to the body (fixed spatial cocking).

Clarification:

The neutral bow of the previous maneuver (3a) is called transitory because the maneuver never settles into the stance and only holds it long enough to smoothly transition into the next maneuver (3b).

3b)

Redirect your attention 180 degrees (clockwise horizontally) to your right (toward rear) with a right step-through reverse (toward front) into a left forward bow facing forward (toward rear) as you drop (toward down) your right hand (remaining in the shape of the crane) in front of and parallel to your body to hip height, palm pointing downward (toward down) and fingers pointing downward (toward down), as you simultaneously convert your left hand to a fist in front of (toward rear) your left shoulder at face height, palm pointing forward (toward rear) and knuckles pointing diagonally-upward (toward upper-left-flank), in preparation for the next maneuver.

4)

Shift your stance (clockwise horizontally) into a left neutral bow facing forward (toward front) with the execution of a left, hammering downward, back-knuckle in front of and parallel to your body to hip height, palm pointing upward (toward up) and knuckles pointing to your right (toward left-flank), as you simultaneously execute a raking claw toward your right (toward right flank), palm pointing downward (toward down); concluding with the raising of your right hand in front of your right shoulder at face height, palm pointing forward (toward rear) and fingers pointing diagonally-upward (toward upper-right-flank), in preparation for the next maneuver.

Elaboration:

Essentially, both the left and right arms of the previous maneuver (4) match the opposite orientation of the arms from the maneuver prior to it (3b), only with the cocked hand in a different formation and the striking hand in opposite rotation (palm down-up).

5)

Shift your stance (counter-clockwise horizontally) into a left forward bow facing forward (toward rear) with the execution of a right, hammering, downward, heel-palm in front of and parallel to your body to hip height, palm pointing downward (toward down) and fingers pointing to the left (toward right-flank), as you simultaneously retract (toward front) your left arm to a standard chambered position.

Elaboration:

The previous striking maneuver (5) matches the orientation of the prior striking maneuver (3b), only with a different hand formation.
