EPAKS has produced a number of videos that have been uploaded to YouTube. The purpose of these videos is to demonstrate the execution of American Kenpo forms and self-defense techniques. They are not intended to be perfect. Instead, they are intended to be reasonably good examples of execution which the viewer can use as a benchmark. Among the videos is one demonstrating Form Five.
