The IKKA Belt Sheets / Manuals (Pasadena School)
(Copyright 1970)
The Pasadena school belt manuals were never published, but were handed out to students to be used during their classes and for personal study. They were essentially a list of the basics, forms, sets, etc. that were to be learned as part of a specific rank curriculum, prior to moving onto a new rank. Many organizations, schools, and teachers still use similar sheets / manuals for their students. Form Five is listed in the First Brown Belt curriculum manual.
The IKKA Accumulative Journal - Version 1.0
(Copyright 1972)
Technically speaking, this journal was never published for public consumption, but instead was supplied to IKKA affiliated studios with membership in the original IKKA organization. This reference states that Form Five should be taught as part of the First Brown Belt curriculum.
The Infinite Insights into Kenpo - Book #5
(Copyright 1987)
This is the third written, but first publicly published reference to Form Five. Reference to Form Five is limited to the Web of Knowledge section (Chapter 5) and only states that the form should be taught as part of the First Brown Belt curriculum.
