Inter-form analysis is a slightly higher level study of the data contained within a form. Where intra-form analysis is focused on data within the form as it relates to itself, inter-form analysis is focused on how this form and its accompanying data relates to the other forms of the system.
And, similar to how the intra-form analysis uses the walk-thru method to present its data, inter-form analysis starts with the first form (i.e. Short Form One) and progresses through the forms, in order. This progression will stop at Form Four with later books in this series picking up where this book stops.
Also like the intra-form analysis, it presents the information in the same general formation and in a similarly filtered manner. Therefore, the reader can deduce that just like the intra-form analysis, the following inter-form analysis will omit data that is decidedly redundant, too detailed, or not specific enough to be included in the presentation. Or, information that is already presented in or can be derived from other books within this series.
The overall purpose of this level of analysis is to communicate how Form Four is not only to be looked at as a standalone form with its own aims, themes, and distinct informational purposes and objectives, but at the same time an element of a larger design.
