This variation is generally considered destructive.

 

This variation alters the "standard" pattern of the form's execution. Form Four lays out a very specific pattern, one that can be directly related to other forms. Therefore, a modification of foot pattern angles would, in all probability, disrupt this element of continuity of the forms. To rectify this issue, it is encouraged that one should become aware of the individual angles within the form, why they are executed as such, and avoid unwarranted and/or improper alterations to them.
