Should I be concerned if I don't get 100% on the quizzes?

Absolutely not!

The quizzes are specifically structured to be both fun and challenging - and at times very difficult. This is by design. Where some of the questions will be obvious and/or easy, other questions might seem extremely difficult and/or downright impossible. Why?

Stop to consider who might be reading this book. There might be those that have just learned the form, those that are trying to review the form, those that have had the form for years and are "filling in any holes", and those that consider themself an expert on the form. The quizzes are designed to fit all of these individuals.

Where some of the questions are more skewed toward the easy end of the spectrum, others can challenge even the most experienced Kenpoist. With that in mind, everyone can use the quizzes as both a challenging exercise and a fun way to learn information about the form that might otherwise be missed or forgotten.

So, when reviewing the answers, keep in mind that the quizzes can test even the most hardened and senior practitioner. A wrong answer is not a negative. Instead, it is a potential to learn something new or refresh a memory of something that may have been forgotten. Or a wrong answer may even be a dupe; one that lulls the reader into giving an answer that isn't as obvious as interpreted at first read.

Regardless, have fun with them - and hopefully learn a lot about the form.
