Destructive Kneel (right side)

Explanation:

The following maneuver (1a) is typically considered a transitional sequence and not part of the technique, but may also be considered the set-up (or initial positioning sequence) to this technique. Therefore, it is included with this technique.

1a)

Direct your attention 45-degrees (counter-clockwise horizontally) to your left (toward front) as you draw your right foot (toward left-rear-flank) to your left foot with the dropping of both arms to their respective sides of your body, fingers pointing downward (toward down) and palms pointing inward (left toward right-flank / right toward left-flank), into a transitory natural (attention) stance facing forward (toward front).

Interpretation:

A way to envision the focus point (attention) throughout the technique execution (1b-3) is that it begins forward (toward front and in front of visualized opponent), redirects to the side (toward flank of both you and the visualized opponent), and then to redirects backward (toward rear and behind the visualized opponent).

Visualization:

A way to visualize the following upper-body maneuver sequences (1b-3) is that the hands repeatedly travel on a (relatively) horizontal figure 8 pattern in front of the body (on a relative front-to-rear line).

A way to visualize the following lower-body maneuver sequences (1b-3) is that the foot maneuvers transition from a step-drag to push-drags on a (relatively) front-to-rear line.

1b)

Right step(-drag) reverse (toward rear), shifting (clockwise horizontally) into a left, rear, close-kneel facing forward (toward rear) with attention backward (toward front), simultaneously with the execution of a left, hammering, downward, knee strike (or buckle depending upon perspective / intent) (toward down), using the settle of the stance as the primary method of delivery. In-sync with the lower body maneuvers, execute a right outward parry (toward front) to lower chest height, palm pointing outward (toward right-flank) and fingers pointing upward (toward up), which then converts into a right simulated grab (maintaining the same orientation as the parry) as the parry concludes; along with the execution of a left, thrusting, inward-horizontal, heel-palm (toward front) to lower chest height, palm pointing to the right (toward right-flank) and fingers pointing forward (toward front) - aligned horizontally and vertically with the left shoulder on a left-to-right plane (toward flanks).

Visualization:

A way to think about the previous maneuver (1b) is that the primary power principle being utilized is torque (i.e. rotational motion).

Elaboration:

The closing of the right hand in the previous maneuver (1b) should be timed to compliment the focus point of the left heel-palm.

Interpretation:

The closing of the right hand in the previous maneuver (1b) simulates a grab which backs-up the simulated heel-palm break of the elbow of a visualized opponent.

2)

Redirect your attention 90-degrees (clockwise horizontally) to your right (toward right flank) as you push-drag forward (toward front) with a shift (counter-clockwise horizontally) into a left wide-kneel facing forward (toward front) simultaneously with the execution of a right, thrusting, inward-horizontal, heel-palm (toward front) to lower face height, palm pointing forward (toward front) and fingers pointing sideways (toward right-flank), in-sync with a left, thrusting, outward, back-knuckle (toward front) to lower rib height, palm pointing backward (toward rear) and knuckles pointing sideways (toward right-flank).

Visualization:

A way to think about the previous maneuver (2) is that the primary power principle being utilized is back-up mass (i.e. linear, [relatively] horizontal motion).

Elaboration:

The two strikes (back-knuckle / heel-palm) of the previous maneuver (2) should travel in-sync on parallel lines directly in-line vertically to each other at the focal point of the maneuver.

3)

Again, redirect your attention 90-degrees (clockwise horizontally) to your right (toward rear) as you also shift (clockwise horizontally) and settle (toward down) back into a right close-kneel facing forward (toward rear) with a push-drag forward (toward rear) and execution of a left, thrusting, forward and diagonally-downward, knee (toward lower-rear) to lower knee height, simultaneously with left, thrusting, forward and diagonally-downward, vertical, punch (toward lower-rear) to upper chest height, palm pointing to the right (toward left-flank) and knuckles pointing forward (toward rear); in-sync with a right, thrusting, forward and diagonally-downward, back-knuckle (toward lower-rear) to lower rib height, palm pointing backward (toward front) and knuckles pointing to left (toward right-flank).

Visualization:

A way to think about this maneuver (3) is that the primary power principle being utilized is gravitational marriage (i.e. linear, [relatively] vertical motion)

Elaboration:

Just like the prior maneuver (2), the two strikes (punch / back-knuckle) of the previous maneuver (3) should travel in-sync on parallel lines directly in-line vertically to each other at the focal point of the maneuver.
