A specific method of training which uses contact to read and anticipate an opponent's offensive and defensive maneuvers.
Comments:
Ch'i Sao translates from Chinese as "sticky hands".
This form of training was popularized by the Wing Chun system.
Ch'i Sao relies upon contact to "feel" and read the intent of the opponent.
