Ideal Execution

Written Illustration:

1)

Start from a standing position with the the 1st opponent (facing 6:00) in front of you (12:00) delivering a right straight thrusting punch, and the 2nd opponent (facing 12:00) behind you (6:00) applying a rear bear hug - arms free.

2)

Deliver a right thrusting inward block (toward 10:30) to the inside of the 1st opponent's right forearm, simultaneously with a right thrusting straight kick (major) (toward 12:00) to the 1st opponent's groin, while raising the left open hand to the center of your body (positional check), solar plexus high and palm forward (toward 12:00).

Result

The 1st opponent's block should be diverted (toward 7:30) with the body is forced backward (toward 12:00) while the left hand attempts to cover the groin.

3)

Continuing from the previous moves, plant your right foot to your right (toward 3:00) foot into a transitory horse (facing 12:00) (stabilize base) while raising both of your open hands above your head (toward 10:30), palms forward (toward 12:00) in preparation for the next move.

Note

The 1st opponent should be recovering from your attack.

4)

Settle into your horse with the delivery of double hammering downward diagonal elbow strikes (minor) (toward 4:30) onto the back of both of the opponent's forearms (left striking left - right striking right), while simultaneously rotating both of your hands so the palms face toward you (toward 6:00) as your strikes make contact.

Result

The 2nd opponent's grip should substantially loosen around your waist.

Note

The 1st opponent should still be recovering from your attack.

5)

Drop of your right arm to a right chambered position (pinning check), palm up (toward 12:00) pinning the opponent's right arm to your right side with the drawing of your left foot toward your right (toward 3:00) into a left transitory 45 degree cat (facing 12:00H).  Simultaneously, cock your left fist across your body to your right hip, palm toward you (toward 6:00) and on top of your right fist, in preparation for the next strike.

Result

As you obtain your cat, the 2nd opponent's weight should be shifted onto the right foot with the upper body bending to the right (toward 3:00) as you pull the opponent with you, to your right, while your right arm maintains the pin to the 2nd opponent's right arm, to your right hip.

Note

The 1st opponent should still be recovering from your attack.

6)

Without any loss of motion from the previous move, step your left foot backward (toward 7:30), on the outside of the opponent's right leg, into a left reverse wide kneel (stabilize base) (toward 7:30), while you use your left bent knee (sophisticated basic) to buckle the back of the opponent's right knee.

Note

The 1st opponent should still be recovering from your attack.

7)

Shift counter clockwise into a left neutral bow (toward 7:30) with the delivery of a left thrusting outward elbow strike (minor) (toward 10:30) to the opponent's chin, palm down (toward 6:00), while raising your right arm to your right shoulder (positional cock), palm forward (toward 10:30), in preparation for the next move.

Result

The 2nd opponent's head and upper body should begin to be thrust backward (toward 4:30), while the lower body is prevented from moving by your left leg.

Note

The 1st opponent should still be recovering from your attack.

8)

Without any loss of motion from your previous move, continue the counter clockwise rotation of your stance into a left forward bow (toward 7:30) with a right hammering downward hammer-fist (major) (toward 6:00V) to the 2nd opponent's groin.  Simultaneously, hook the back of the 2nd opponent's left neck with your left hand, palm facing opponent (toward 7:30), as you draw your left arm to your left side, stopping with your settle into the left forward bow.

Result

The 2nd opponent should be forced to collapse to the ground (toward 1:30), face up.

Note

The 1st opponent should be recovered from your attack and initiating retaliation.

9)

Step your left foot forward (toward 12:00) (gauge distance) into a left reverse twist (facing 12:00H), followed immediately by a right thrusting back kick to any available opening on the 1st opponent.

Result

The 1st opponent should be forced backward (toward 12:00) and collapse to the ground, face up.

Note

The 2nd opponent should be recovering from your attack.

10)

From the previous move, deliver a right thrusting front ball kick (major) (toward 7:30) to the 2nd opponent's head.

Result

The 2nd opponent's head should be forced away (toward 7:30).

11)

Plant your right foot (toward 9:00) into a right front twist (facing 9:00H).  Immediately, step your left foot (toward 1:30) into a right neutral bow (toward 4:30).

12)

Cross out and cover (toward 10:30).
