Situation:

You are in a natural stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the  opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) applying a direct two-hand push (toward 6:00H) to your chest area.

1)

Step back (toward 6:00H) with your left foot into a right neutral bow (toward 12:00H) (stabilize your base), while delivering a right thrusting inward block to the outside of the opponent's left elbow (toward 10:30H), while  simultaneously, raising your left hand (toward 12:00H) to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).

Result:

The opponent's push should be blocked toward your left (toward 7:30H), thus closing their center-line.

2)

Draw your right foot (toward 6:00H) toward your left foot into a right transitory 45o cat stance, followed immediately with a right thrusting side kick (knife-edge) to the opponent's left knee (toward 12:00H) (major), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned covers).

Result:

The opponent's lower body should be forced backward (toward 12:00H) and rotated counter clockwise (toward 6:00H), re-opening the center-line, while the upper body bends forward (toward 6:00H) with arms remaining out stretched (toward 6:00H) (from the initial push).

3)

Replant your right foot (toward 12:00H) into a right neutral bow (gauge leg) (positioned cover) (facing 12:00H), in preparation for the next maneuver. Immediately, execute a left rising (toward 1:30V) thrusting front kick (toward 12:00H) (major) to the opponent's sternum (borrowed force), while simultaneously repositioning your left positioned cover forward (toward 12:00H) and upward (toward 12:00V), to protect your upper body and head, with the lowering (toward 4:30H) of your right hand to your left solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).

Result:

The opponent's upper body should be forced upward (toward 1:30V) and back (toward 12:00H) and collapse to the ground, face up (toward 12:00V).

4)

Plant your left foot forward (toward 12:00H) into a left neutral bow (positioned cover), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned covers).
