Residual Move

An idiom referring to a single maneuver or method that results in more than one (1) benefit in your favor.

Comments:

A simple way to understand a Residual Move is that its intention was to be for a single purpose, but it ultimately ends up providing more than one (1) positive result.

Residual Move differs from Sophisticated in that a Residual Move was not enacted with the intent to be Sophisticated, but ended up with the same characteristics as one.

Example(s):

Executing a straight thrust punch to an opponent and the Lock-out of the punch provides a Depth Zone check to the opponent results in a Residual Move.
